Цель исследования – научное обоснование положения о том, что территориальная привлекательность обеспечивает преимущество в экономическом развитии российских регионов, а также является важнейшим фактором создания положительного образа российских территорий. Рассматриваются понятие и сущность пространственного развития территории, раскрываются проблемы территориального развития регионов.
Показываются необходимость и важность формирования уникальных конкурентных преимуществ территорий для обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста и повышения уровня жизни проживающего на них населения. Обращается внимание на важность формирования комплексного подхода при разработке стратегии развития территориального пространства российских регионов.
The purpose of the study is to increase the socio-economic development of society through the advantage of territorial spatial development, as well as to identify patterns of population distribution on the territory of the Russian Federation and attracting the population to its unique resources located on the territory of Russia. The concept is considered the attractiveness of the spatial development of the territory, which are key aspects that have an impact on the economic growth of both the territory and the population. In the current situation, the importance of forming unique competitive advantages of territories is increasing, since different regions of Russia today represent and form attractive areas of their territories on the basis of territorial spatial development.
