В России, как и во всем мире, начинает развиваться новый вид социально-ответственных инвестиций – импакт-инвестиции. Однако, несмотря на положительное восприятие их потенциальными инвесторами, институциональную основу развития импакт-инвестиций в России должно создать государство. Целью статьи является разработка концептуальных положений стратегии развития импакт-инвестиций в России в части определения целей, задач и основных направлений реализации. На основе результатов проведенного опроса потенциальных инвесторов (розничных и хозяйствующих субъектов), а также контент-анализа выделено пять основных задач, в рамках каждой определены направления их реализации, инициаторы и ответственные исполнители.

In Russia, as in the rest of the world, a new type of socially responsible investment, impact investment, is beginning to develop. However, despite the positive perception of impact investment by potential investors, it is up to the government to create an institutional framework for the development of impact investment in Russia. The purpose of this article is to develop the conceptual provisions of the impact investment development strategy in Russia, including the definition of goals, objectives, and main areas of implementation. Based on the results of a survey of potential investors (retailers and business entities), as well as content analysis, five main tasks have been identified, and their implementation areas, initiators, and responsible executors have been determined.
