Одним из основных участников рынка государственно-частного партнерства, наряду с государством и бизнесом, является банковский сектор. На сегодняшний день влияние крупнейших игроков этого сектора экономики простирается далеко за пределы чисто банковских операций, таких как кредитование, привлечение средств во вклады, расчетно-кассовое обслуживание и проч. В статье показана ключевая роль финансирующих организаций в сфере государственно-частного партнерства. Обосновано, что в текущих рыночных условиях, при высоком уровне процентных ставок привлекательность банковского финансирования для проектов ГЧП снижается, в связи с чем для сохранения темпов роста рынка ГЧП необходимо применение различных форм государственной поддержки.

One of the main participants in the public-private partnership market, along with the state and business, is the banking sector. Today, the influence of the largest players in the banking sector extends far beyond purely banking operations, such as lending, raising funds for deposits, cash settlement services, etc. The article shows the key role of financing organizations in the field of public-private partnership. It is proved that in the current market conditions, with a high level of interest rates, the attractiveness of bank financing for PPP projects is decreasing, and therefore it is necessary to use various forms of state support.
