В статье выявлены тренды изменения производительности труда в строительной отрасли в России и за рубежом, а именно – в европейских (Великобритания, Германия, Франция) и азиатских (Китай, Япония) странах. При этом выделены фазы роста и снижения производительности труда, отражающие основные экономические процессы в рассматриваемых странах. На основе анализа индексов роста производительности труда в строительной отрасли среднем за год и за рассматриваемый период (18 лет) для каждой страны разработан прогноз их изменения на 2030–2035 годы. Согласно указанному прогнозу, ожидаются рост производительности труда в строительной отрасли в России и Китае и снижение этого показателя в Великобритании, Германии и Франции.

The article considers the indicator of labor productivity in the construction industry, identifies trends in labor productivity in the construction industry in Russia and abroad, namely – in European (Great Britain, Germany, France) and Asian (China, Japan) countries, the study highlighted the phases of growth and decline in labor productivity that contribute to understanding the main economic processes in the countries under consideration, analyzed the weighted average growth rates of labor productivity in the construction industry on average over the year and over the period under review (18 years) for each country, the forecast of changes in labor productivity indices in the construction industry for 2030 and 2035 has been made, the conclusion is made about the prevailing trends of labor productivity growth in the construction industry in Russia and China and the prevailing trends of labor productivity decline in the construction industry in the UK, Germany and France.
