Производственный сектор нашей страны в реальной отечественной экономике критически зависит от иностранных технологий. Решение этой системной проблемы возможно преодолеть за счет формирования преимуществ, достигнутых в области научно-технологического развития собственных наукоемких отраслей обрабатывающей промышленности. Именно на это приоритетное стратегическое направление в ближайшее десятилетие нацелен Указ Президента РФ от 28.02.2024 № 145 «О Стратегии научно-технологического развития Российской Федерации». В научной статье представлены результаты аналитического обзора и оценки сложившегося современного состояния и перспектив развития российской экономики и предприятий промышленности в научно-технологической сфере.
The manufacturing sector of our country in the real domestic economy is critically dependent on foreign technologies. The solution to this systemic problem can be overcome through the formation of advantages achieved in the field of scientific and technological development of its own knowledge-intensive manufacturing industries. The Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 02/28/2024 No. 145 «On the Strategy of Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation» is aimed at this priority strategic direction in the next decade. The scientific article presents the results of an analytical review and assessment of the current state and prospects for the development of the Russian economy and industrial enterprises in the scientific and technological sphere.
