В статье рассматривается необходимость решения ряда проблем, с которыми сталкиваются образовательные организации, начинающие специалисты и работодатели. Описаны результаты экспериментального исследования интеграции образовательного процесса и производственной деятельности. Цель статьи. Проанализировать существующие формы взаимодействия учебных заведений с работодателями и на этой основе разработать предложения по совершенствованию такого взаимодействия. Результат работы. Определены конкретные формы взаимодействия учебных заведений и работодателей (включая коммерческие предприятия, государственные учреждения, некоммерческие организации и другие структуры), а также направления работы колледжа в рамках деятельности образовательно-производственного кластера строительства и городского хозяйства.

The article discusses the need to solve a number of problems faced by educational organizations and novice specialists and employers. The results of an experimental study of the integration of the educational process and production activities are described. Purpose of the article. Analyze the advantages of developing interaction between educational institutions and employers, and measures to develop this interaction. The result of the work is a list of areas for the development of interaction between educational institutions and employers, including commercial enterprises, government agencies, non-profit organizations and other structures, areas of work of the college within the framework of the activities of the educational and industrial cluster of construction and urban services.
