В статье исследуется государственное регулирование внешнеэкономической деятельности энергетических компаний в Германии с учетом растущей глобальной конкуренции и меняющихся геополитических условий. Автор подчеркивает актуальность регулирования внешнеэкономической деятельности для обеспечения энергетической безопасности и экологической устойчивости Германии. В работе рассматриваются основные меры регулирования, включая тарифное и нетарифное регулирование, правовые основы и механизмы, обеспечивающие стабильное функционирование энергетического рынка. Предложены рекомендации по адаптации немецкой практики государственного регулирования внешнеэкономической деятельности к условиям России с учетом различий в энергетических стратегиях и экономических структурах. Научная работа представляет интерес для экспертов и исследователей, занимающихся вопросами энергетической политики и международной торговли энергоресурсами.

The article studies the state regulation of foreign economic activity of energy companies in Germany taking into account the growing global competition and changing geopolitical conditions. The author emphasizes the relevance of regulation of foreign economic activity to ensure energy security and environmental sustainability of Germany. The paper considers the main regulatory measures, including tariff and non-tariff regulation, legal frameworks and mechanisms that ensure the stable functioning of the energy market. Recommendations for the adaptation of German regulatory practices to Russian conditions are offered, taking into account the differences in energy strategies and economic structures. The scientific work is of interest to experts and researchers dealing with energy policy and international trade in energy resources.
