Цель статьи – научное обоснование объективности перехода к долгосрочной национальной системе развития на основе начавшейся поступательной трансформации к новому цивилизационному и мирохозяйственному укладу.
С этим связаны: постановка важнейших задач исследования, на основе объективного анализа подтверждающих негативное влияние установившейся однополярности на экономику России по многим критериям; формирование выводов о необходимости отказа от неприемлемых требований западно-либеральной социально-экономической парадигмы и обоснование наиболее существенных элементов будущей долгосрочной национальной стратегии.
Связанные с задачами основные положения можно представить в следующем виде: намечаемый переход к национальной экономической системе имеет объективную основу, связанную с геополитическими изменениями современного этапа международных отношений и уходом от необоснованного единообразия приоритетов либерального развития; экономическая модель, функционирующая в России на протяжении постсоветского периода, развивалась в режиме перманентного кризиса и не соответствовала требованиям поступательного роста и социальным запросам общества, а в последнее десятилетие приобрела черты устойчивой рецессии; ресурсный экономический потенциал, имеющийся в пределах национального пространства, может в значительной степени обеспечить обновление хозяйственного механизма на условиях экономического, финансового и технологического суверенитета; ускорению перехода к новой экономической модели будет способствовать упрочение межгосударственных объединений БРИКС и ЕАЭС через непосредственное участие других дружественных стран на этапе перехода к новому мировому порядку.
Результаты исследования заключаются в предложении важнейших элементов каркаса современной отечественной политической, экономической и духовной системы, определяемой национальными интересами и достижением самодостаточности Российского государства.
The purpose of the article is a scientific substantiation of the objectivity of the transition to a long-term national development system based on the beginning of a progressive transformation to a new civilizational and world economic order. Related to this are: the formulation of the most important research tasks, based on an objective analysis confirming the negative impact of established unipolarity on the Russian economy by many criteria; drawing conclusions about the need to abandon the unacceptable requirements of the Western liberal socio-economic paradigm and substantiating the most essential elements of the future longterm national strategy.
The main provisions related to the tasks can be presented in the following form: the planned transition to the national economic system has an objective basis associated with the geopolitical changes of the current stage of international relations and the departure from the unjustified uniformity of priorities of liberal development; the economic model functioning in Russia during the post-Soviet period developed in the mode of permanent crisis and did not meet the requirements of progressive growth and the social demands of society, and in the last decade it has acquired the features of a stable recession; The resource-based economic potential available within the national space can significantly ensure the renewal of the economic mechanism on the terms of economic, financial and technological sovereignty; the strengthening of the BRICS and EAEU interstate associations through the direct participation of other friendly countries at the stage of transition to a new world order will accelerate the transition to a new economic model. The results of the study consist in the proposal of the most important elements of the framework of the modern domestic political, economic and spiritual system, determined by national interests and the achievement of self-sufficiency of the Russian state.
