Цель исследования, проведенного в данной статье, – определить, какие существуют проблемы у современных организаций в связи с большими вызовами и как эти проблемы могут быть решены на стратегическом уровне. Анализируя необходимость изменений стратегии компании в условиях глобальных вызовов, были выявлены стратегические проблемы, а также возможности, на которые компания должна обратить внимание, чтобы оптимизировать свою деятельность посредством стратегического управления. Система контроля оптимизации стратегии компании должна быть основана на сборе и анализе внутренней и внешней информации из среды компании на основе таких источников информации, как учет, анализ процессов и стратегический мониторинг.

The purpose of the research conducted in the article is to determine what problems modern organizations have in connection with major challenges, and how these problems can be solved at the strategic level. Analyzing the need to change the company’s strategy in the face of global challenges, strategic problems were identified, as well as opportunities that the company should pay attention to in order to optimize its strategy through strategic management. The control system for optimizing the company’s strategy should be based on the collection and analysis of internal and external information from the company’s environment based on information sources such as accounting, process analysis and strategic monitoring.
