В статье рассматриваются современные аспекты развития теории потенциала применительно к высокотехнологичным промышленным предприятиям. Проведен анализ существующих теоретических подходов к оценке потенциала, в рамках которых выделены два основных направления: ресурсный и результатный. Выявлены их ключевые преимущества и методологические ограничения. Обоснована необходимость разработки комплексного подхода, интегрирующего сильные стороны обоих методов.
Авторы предлагают ввести единое понятие «совокупный экономический потенциал предприятия», которое должно рассматриваться как комплексная характеристика, объединяющая накопленные ресурсы и возможности предприятия. Особое внимание уделяется влиянию рыночной конъюнктуры, необходимости учета спроса потребителей и интеграции в глобальные цепочки создания стоимости. Статья подчеркивает, что современная теория потенциала находится на стадии формирования и требует дальнейшей разработки как теоретических основ, так и практических методик оценки потенциала высокотехнологичного промышленного предприятия.
The article discusses the current problems of the potential theory development in high-tech industrial enterprises. The analysis of existing theoretical approaches to potential assessment is carried out, within which two main directions are identified: resource and result.
Their key advantages and methodological limitations are revealed. The necessity of developing an integrated approach integrating the strengths of both methods is substantiated. The authors propose to introduce a single concept of “the enterprise’s total economic potential”, which should be considered as a complex characteristic combining the accumulated resources and capabilities of the enterprise. Special attention is paid to the impact of market conditions, the need to take into account demand and integration into global value chains. The article emphasizes that the modern theory of potential is at the stage of formation and requires further development of both theoretical foundations and practical methods for assessing the potential of a high-tech industrial enterprise.
