Цель работы. Предложить актуальные меры экономической безопасности при развитии инструментов и механизмов цифровизации региональных экономик на основе изучения опыта цифровизации в Москве и Московской области.
Метод или методология проведения работы. Исследование проводилось с использованием общенаучной методологии, предусматривающей применение системных подходов к разрешению проблемы. Базой для написания данной научной статьи явились фундаментальные труды российских, а также зарубежных ученых, посвятивших работы изучению экономической безопасности и влиянию цифровизации экономики на региональную экономическую деятельность.
Результаты. Исследование представляет актуальную информацию по вопросам обеспечения экономической безопасности. Кроме того, результаты исследования могут использоваться для разработки новых моделей бизнеса, которые позволят снизить степень вовлеченности экономики в теневой сектор. Рассматриваемые в статье инструменты и механизмы по цифровизации региональной экономики могут оказать содействие в развитии аналогичных инструментов в других регионах страны. Область применения результатов. Исследование влияния механизмов и инструментов цифровизации на уровень экономической безопасности в регионах может иметь большое значение для развития научно-исследовательской базы на эту тему. Результаты исследования могут использоваться в качестве отправной точки для последующих исследований в области теневой экономики и цифровизации региональных экономик.
Новизна. Научной новизной исследования является изучение взаимосвязи цифровизации и уровнем экономической безопасности регионов. Выводы. Важно разработать единый федеральный стандарт по цифровизации, направленный на повышение экономической безопасности, чтобы тиражировать его на регионы путем быстрой интеграции с понятными регламентами и описанием методологий и процессов. Чтобы регионам, особенно менее технологичным и имеющим определенные кадровые и ресурсные ограничения, было проще интегрировать данные инструменты и механизмы цифровизации в свою работу.
Objectives of the work. To analyze the current measures of economic security in the development of tools and mechanisms of digitalization of regional economies on the example of the city of Moscow and the Moscow region.
The method or methodology of the work. The study was conducted using a general scientific methodology that provides for the use of systematic approaches to solving the problem. The basis for writing this scientific article was the fundamental works of Russian and foreign scientists who devoted their work to the study of economic security and the impact of digitalization of the economy on regional economic activity.
Results. The study provides up-to-date information on economic security issues. In addition, the results of the study can be used to develop new business models that will reduce the degree of involvement of the economy in the shadow sector. The tools and mechanisms for digitalization of the regional economy considered in the article can assist in the development of similar tools in other regions of the country. The scope of the results. The study of the impact of digitalization mechanisms and tools on the level of the shadow economy in the regions can be of great importance for the development of a research base on this topic. The results of the study can be used as a starting point for further research in the field of the shadow economy and digitalization of regional economies.
Novelty. The scientific novelty of the study is the study of the relationship between digitalization and the shadow economy in the regions. Conclusions. It is important to develop a unified federal standard on digitalization of regional economies aimed at combating shadow processes in order to replicate it to the regions through rapid integration with clear regulations and description of methodologies and processes. To make it easier for regions, especially those that are less technologically advanced and have certain personnel and resource constraints, to integrate these tools and mechanisms of digitalization into their work.
