Современные условия развития отечественного бизнеса в значительной степени осложняются беспрецедентным санкционным давлением стран так называемого коллективного Запада на экономику Российской Федерации. Складывающаяся ситуация зачастую требует от российских предпринимателей разработки и применения принципиально новых подходов к формированию и реализации стратегии развития бизнеса. Одним из действенных способов решения данной проблемы может служить активная и оперативная интеграция инструментов проектного управления в систему механизмов российского стратегического менеджмента.В статье представлены результаты прикладного научного исследования, посвященного проблемным аспектам использования инструментария проектного менеджмента в качестве механизма адаптации стратегии развития отечественного бизнеса к условиям беспрецедентного санкционного давления на российскую экономику.

The current conditions for the development of domestic business are significantly complicated by the unprecedented sanctions pressure of the countries of the so-called collective West on the economy of the Russian Federation. The current situation often requires Russian entrepreneurs to develop and apply fundamentally new approaches to the formation and implementation of a business development strategy. One of the effective ways to solve this problem can be the active and operational integration of project management tools into the system of mechanisms of Russian strategic management.The presented article describes the results of an applied scientific study devoted to the problematic aspects of using project management tools as a mechanism for adapting the development strategy of domestic business to the conditions of unprecedented sanctions pressure on the Russian economy.
