В статье обоснована актуальность роста объемов экспорта муки, рассмотрено современное состояние экспорта зерна и муки, выявлены основные факторы увеличения экспорта муки из РФ (внутренние: объемы производства зерна, техника и технология производства муки на мукомольных предприятиях, техника и технология упаковки муки в соответствующих объемах на мукомольных предприятиях, транспортирование муки соответствующей емкости в страну назначения, государственное регулирование увеличения объемов экспорта муки; внешние: конкуренты, спрос и предложение на рынке муки в стране ее экспорта, объемы упаковок муки, необходимые в стране экспортере, цены, устанавливаемые на основе спроса и предложения муки в стране экспортера).

The article substantiates the relevance of increasing the volume of flour exports, examines the current state of grain and flour exports, identifies the main factors of increasing flour exports from the Russian Federation (internal: grain production volumes; machinery and technology of flour production at flour mills; machinery and technology of flour packaging in appropriate volumes at flour mills; transportation of flour of the appropriate capacity to the destination country; state regulation of increasing the volume of flour exports; external: competitors; supply and demand in the flour market in the country of its export; the volume of flour packages required in the exporting country; prices set based on the supply and demand of flour in the exporting country).
