В статье рассмотрены способы повышения конкурентоспособности как добычи самого российского угля, так и всей отрасли в целом. Выделены основные проблемы, которые могут повлиять на угольную отрасль Российской Федерации. В статье проанализированы: динамика объема добычи угля в России, динамика объема экспорта российского угля, динамика средней численности работников угольной отрасли по основному виду деятельности, динамика среднемесячной заработной платы одного работни  ка угольной отрасли. Дан ответ на вопрос, какие страны будут основными импортерами российского угля в условиях санкций.

This article discusses ways to increase the competitiveness of both Russian coal itself and the entire industry. The main problems that can affect the coal industry of the Russian Federation are also highlighted. The article analyzes: the dynamics of the volume of coal production in Russia, the dynamics of the volume of exports of Russian coal, the dynamics of the average number of employees of the coal industry by main activity, the dynamics of the average monthly salary of 1 employee of the coal industry. The answer to the question of which countries will be the main importers of Russian coal under sanctions is also given.
