В научной работе рассмотрены основные понятия и виды теневой экономики, а также новации в системе противодействия этому сектору экономики. Проанализирована эффективность применяемых мер на примере двух стран с использованием отчетов Всемирного банка, Европейского парламента, агентства World Economics, Международного валютного фонда и других агентств. Продемонстрированы факторы, влияющие на развитие теневой экономики и ее предпосылки.

The scientific work examines the basic concepts and types of the shadow economy, as well as innovations in the fight against it. The analysis of the effectiveness of the applied measures is presented on the example of two countries, using data from reports of the World Bank, the European Parliament, the World Economics Agency, the International Monetary Fund and many other agencies. The paper also demonstrates the factors influencing the development of the shadow economy and its prerequisites.
