Представлен авторский взгляд на обновление подходов к технологической модернизации в условиях цифровой трансформации отрасли. Особое внимание уделено тому, какую роль цифровые двойники могут играть в организации и управлении производственными процессами, а также тому, как их применение меняет устоявшиеся операционные модели. В работе обсуждаются ключевые характеристики, практические возможности и существующие ограничения использования динамических цифровых моделей энергетических систем, в том числе с точки зрения их влияния на финансовые результаты деятельности компаний.В исследовании подчеркивается, что необходимость внедрения цифровых двойников обусловлена совокупностью факторов: ростом сложности энергетической инфраструктуры, повышенными требованиями к надежности и непрерывности снабжения, а также задачами устойчивого развития. Исходя из этого, предлагается обновленная концепция технического управления, предполагающая поэтапное встраивание виртуальных моделей в процессы принятия решений, мониторинга и оптимизации. Теоретическое обоснование организационных, экономических и экологических эффектов данного подхода позволяет рассматривать цифровые двойники как один из перспективных инструментов повышения конкурентоспособности и устойчивости энергетических компаний в условиях постоянных изменений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article explores the role of digital twins in the long-term development of energy companies and presents the author’s perspective on updating approaches to technological modernization under conditions of digital transformation. Particular attention is paid to the role of digital twins in structuring and managing production processes, as well as to their capacity to reshape traditional operational models. The study examines the key features, practical capabilities, and existing limitations of using dynamic digital representations of energy systems, including their potential impact on companies’ financial performance.Research indicates that the adoption of digital twin technologies is influenced by several interconnected factors. Among them are the growing complexity of energy infrastructure, increasing expectations for reliability and continuous supply, and the push toward sustainability. Against this backdrop, an updated approach to technical management is emerging, where virtual models are gradually woven into decision-making, monitoring, and optimization processes.
