В статье исследуются научные подходы и отдельные практические аспек ты цифровой этики и этики данных в условиях ускоренного развития информационно коммуникационных технологий в мировой и российской практике. Сущность понятия цифровой этики рассматривается применительно к сфере взаимодействия экономических субъектов как основы обеспечения их рациональной деятельности в условиях цифровой трансформации. Акцентируется, что поведение экономических субъектов в сфере цифровых технологий во многом основано именно на этичности принятия и использования тех или иных цифровых инструментов. Цифровая зрелость оценивается как условие, необходимое для достижения рациональной деятельности. Уделяется внимание вопросам дискуссионного характера в сфере этической проблематики с учетом все более широкого применения новых цифровых разработок в сфере государственных, общественных и бизнес-отношений, что, по мнению ряда исследователей, является одним из возможных путей минимизации прогнозируемых и непрогнозируемых рисков и позволяет определить вектор технического развития общества на основе этичности поведения в цифровом мире.
The article examines scientific approaches and individual practical aspects of digital ethics and data ethics in the context of accelerated development of information and communication technologies in the context of global and Russian practice. The essence of the concept of digital ethics is considered in relation to the sphere of interaction of economic entities as the basis for ensuring their rational activity in the context of digital transformation. It is emphasized that the behavior of economic entities in the field of digital technologies is largely based on the ethics of accepting and using certain digital tools. Digital maturity is assessed as a condition necessary for achieving rational activity. Attention is paid to controversial issues in the field of ethical issues, taking into account the increasingly widespread use of new digital developments in the field of state, public and business relations, which, according to a number of researchers, is one of the possible ways to minimize predictable and unpredictable risks and allows us to determine the vector of technical development of society based on ethical behavior in the digital world.
