В статье исследуется экономическая эффективность цифровых инструментов таможенного контроля лесоматериалов в Российской Федерации. Цель работы – обоснование направлений повышения эффективности контроля на основе цифровой идентификации, измерения, прослеживаемости и риск-ориентированного анализа данных. Показано, что достоверность сведений об объеме, влажности, породе и происхождении древесины непосредственно связана с полнотой поступления таможенных платежей и снижением рисков выпадающих доходов бюджета. Обоснован вывод о том, что наибольшую экономическую отдачу обеспечивает сочетание недорогого массового измерения, цифровой аналитики и точечной лабораторной экспертизы, объединенных в риск-ориентированную модель. 

The article examines the economic efficiency of digital tools used for customs control of timber products in the Russian Federation. The purpose of the study is to substantiate approaches to improving the effectiveness of customs control through digital identification, measurement, traceability, and risk-oriented data analysis. It is shown that the reliability of information on the volume, moisture content, species, and origin of timber is directly related to the completeness of customs duty collection and the reduction of risks of budget revenue shortfalls. The study substantiates the conclusion that the greatest economic benefit is achieved through a combination of low-cost mass measurement, digital analytics, and targeted laboratory examination integrated into a risk-oriented control model.
