Статья посвящена исследованию современных подходов к подготовке квалифицированных кадров для промышленности России с учетом цифровой экономики и технологического суверенитета. Проанализированы текущие реформы высшего и среднего профессионального образования, федеральные проекты и программы, направленные на практико-ориентированность и вовлечение работодателей в образовательный процесс. На основе систематизации данных о кадровом обеспечении, региональной специфике рынка труда и существующих барьерах сформулированы рекомендации по совершенствованию механизмов подготовки кадров. Предложен комплекс мер, включающий создание национальной цифровой базы компетенций, развитие университетских альянсов и кластерных моделей, а также методику долгосрочного кадрового планирования. Сделаны выводы о необходимости системного подхода к реформам для преодоления текущего кадрового дефицита.

The article is devo ted to the study of modern approaches to the training of qualified personnel for Russian industry, taking into account the context of the digital economy and technological sovereignty. The current reforms in higher and secondary vocational education, as well as federal projects and programs focused on practical training and employer involvement in the educational process, are analyzed. Based on the systematization of data on personnel provision, regional labor market specifics, and existing barriers, recommendations for improving personnel training mechanisms are formulated. A set of measures is proposed, including the creation of a national digital database of competencies, the development of university alliances and cluster models, as well as methods of long-term workforce planning. The need for a comprehensive and systematic approach to reforms to overcome the current shortage of industrial personnel is substantiated.
