Инструменты проектного менеджмента плотно вошли в практику современных предприятий и государственных структур. Комплексный характер проектного управления требует одновременного решения множества задач. Это создание проектных организационных структур, импортозамещение специализированного программного обеспечения (ПО) и его интеграция в существующую информационную среду предприятия, формирование корпоративных регламентов работы. Для России указанные задачи требуется решать в условиях трансформации стратегии развития страны и изменения управленческой культуры, что создает дополнительные сложности. В статье рассматриваются эти проблемы и возможные средства их решения.
Project management tools are firmly embedded in the practice of modern enterprises and government agencies. The complex nature of project management requires the simultaneous solution of many tasks. These include the creation of project organizational structures, import substitution of specialized software and its integration into the existing information environment of the enterprise, and the formation of corporate work regulations. For Russia, these tasks need to be solved in the context of a transformation of the country’s development strategy and a change in management culture, which creates additional difficulties. The article discusses these problems and possible solutions.
