В статье рассмотрены основные подходы к обеспечению продовольственной безопасности и достижению технологического суверенитета России в сфере АПК, к условиям ее обеспечения. Цель исследования – выявление факторов, влияющих на достижение технологического суверенитета и продовольственной безопасности. Задача исследования: изучить проблемы, связанные с технологическим отставанием России в агробизнесе и препятствующие технологическому суверенитету. Результаты исследования: проанализирована научная дискуссия среди отечественных и зарубежных ученых, выявлены закономерности в факторах по достижению продовольственной безопасности и технологического суверенитета, на основе  статистических данных Минсельхоза России выявлены уязвимые области в достижении технологического суверенитета.

The article discusses the main approaches to the definition of food security and the conditions for its provision. The purpose of the article is to identify the factors influencing the achievement of food security and technological leadership. Objectives: to study the approaches to food security and the factors influencing them, to determine the dynamics of achieving food security in Russia, and the problems associated with Russia’s technological lag in agribusiness. Results: the scientific discussion on achieving food security, the change of the state doctrine and the national project aimed at achieving food security are analyzed.
