В статье рассматриваются вопросы территориальных пропорций и размещения производительных сил. Приводятся статистические данные о сложившихся территориальных пропорциях в размещении производительных сил России. Анализируются основные теоретико-методологические проблемы исследования пространственной организации хозяйства. Оцениваются особенности формирования статистической базы на основе методологии системы национальных счетов. Предлагается методика комплексной оценки уровня жизни в регионах. Определяются проблемы управления региональным развитием.

The article deals with the issues of territorial proportions and the allocation of productive forces. Statistical data on the prevailing territorial proportions in the distribution of Russia’s productive forces are presented. The main theoretical and methodological problems of the spatial organization of the economy are analyzed. The features of the formation of a statistical base based on the methodology of the system of national accounts are evaluated. A methodology for a comprehensive assessment of the standard of living in the regions is proposed. The problems of regional development management are determined.
