Ведь абсолютно любые, даже самые незначительные сбои и задержки в системе поставки на промышленное предприятие сырья, материалов, полуфабрикатов и комплектующих могут фатальным образом отразиться на динамике выпуска готовой продукции.</p><p>В рамках представленного в настоящей статье прикладного научного исследования предложена разработанная автором инновационная методика количественной оценки логистических дисфункций, возникающих в системе современного производственного менеджмента. Применение указанной методики на практике позволит руководителям всех уровней математически точно определять степень возмущающего воздействия логистических административных дисфункций на эффективность функционирования производственных систем различного уровня сложности и специфики деятельности. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It seems indisputable that the efficiency of the functioning of any production system traditionally depends on the stability of the logistics chains. After all, absolutely any, even the most insignificant failures and delays in the supply system of raw materials, semi-finished products and components to an industrial enterprise can fatally affect the dynamics of finished products. Within the framework of the applied scientific research presented in this article, an innovative methodology developed by the author for the quantitative assessment of logistical dysfunctions arising in the modern production management system is described.
