Исследование является продолжением цикла статей, опубликованных в № 1 журнала «Экономические системы», 2025 г. В работе обоснована необходимость, рассмотрены теоретические и методические аспекты совершенствования механизма локализации производства в высокотехнологичных отраслях промышленности (на примере авиационной отрасли). Авторская концепция предполагает, что инновационное развитие – это основной метод достижения локализации производства, целью которого является достижение технологического суверенитета, что в будущем позволит перейти к технологическому лидерству. В статье приведена характеристика предлагаемых элементов рассматриваемого механизма.
The study is a continuation of a series of articles published in No. 1 of the journal «Economic Systems», 2025. The paper substantiates the need, examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of improving the mechanism of localization of production in high-tech industries (using the example of the aviation industry). The author’s concept assumes that innovative development is the main method of achieving localization of production, the purpose of localization of production is to achieve technological sovereignty, which in the future will allow us to move to technological leadership. The article describes the proposed elements of the mechanism under consideration.
