Статья посвящена исследованию проблемных вопросов формирования, использования и управления ресурсным потенциалом высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности. Обоснован авторский компонентный состав ресурсного потенциала высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности. Развиты направления исследования ресурсного потенциала, обусловленные влиянием инновационных технологий, результатов НИОКР, интеллектуального и человеческого капитала, что приводит к росту знаниевых, нематериальных активов в промышленности. Представлен научный подход к совершенствованию управления развитием ресурсного потенциала высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности. В соответствии с авторским представлением расширяются возможности по формированию гибкой стратегии управления развитием ресурсного потенциала высокотехнологичных отраслей промышленности.

The article is devoted to  the study of problematic issues regarding the formation, use and management of the resource potential of high-tech industries. The author’s component composition of the resource potential of high-tech industries is substantiated. The directions of the study of resource potential, caused by the influence of innovative technologies, R & D results, intellectual and human capital, are developed, which leads to the growth of knowledge, intangible assets in industry. A scientific approach to improving the management of resource potential development in high-tech industries is presented. In accordance with the author’s view, the possibilities for forming a flexible strategy for managing the development of resource potential in high-tech industries are expanded.
