В статье раскрываются методические особенности исследования процесса локализации производства в высокотехнологичных отраслях российской промышленности (на примере авиационной отрасли). Установлено, что локализация производства в высокотехнологичных отраслях российской промышленности носит комплексный характер. На основе изучения процесса в авиационной отрасли предложено его структурирование с выделением трех основных этапов. Данная периодизация позволила охарактеризовать каждый из этапов, выявить задачи, темпы реализации, систематизировать эффекты и риски. В результате разработан прогноз формирования отдельных составляющих суммарного эффекта в процессе локализации производства авиационной отрасли России. Полученные результаты позволят разработать бизнес-модели для каждого этапа локализации производства.

The paper shows that the localization of production in high-tech sectors of the Russian industry is complex. Based on the study of the process in the aviation industry, its structuring is proposed with the allocation of 4 main stages. This periodization allowed us to characterize each of the stages, identify the tasks, the pace of implementation, and systematize the effects and risks. As a result, a forecast has been developed for the formation of individual components of the total effect in the process of localization of production in the Russian aviation industry. The results obtained will allow us to develop business models for each stage of production localization.
