В работе охарактеризованы наиболее важные бизнес-процессы локализации производства высокотехнологичных отраслей на примере авиационной промышленности. Для каждого этапа локализации разработаны соответствующие схемы. На основе выполненного анализа установлено соответствие бизнес-процессов локализации производства Целям устойчивого развития ООН. Предложена cхема формирования бизнес-процесса промышленного симбиоза при использовании списанных самолетов. Полученные результаты позволили разработать прогноз комплексного, устойчивого развития отрасли. 

The paper predicts and characterizes the most important business processes of localization of production in high-tech industries using the example of the aviation industry. Appropriate schemes have been developed for each stage of localization. Based on the performed analysis, the compliance of the business processes of production localization with the UN Sustainable Development Goals has been established. A scheme for the formation of the business process of industrial symbiosis in the use of decommissioned aircraft is proposed. The results obtained made it possible to predict the complex, sustainable development of the industry.
