Abstract

The article examines the current trends in the development of state youth policy in the Russian Federation. The authors analyze the regulatory framework, institutional mechanisms and strategic guidelines of the state policy on youth. The article examines the interrelation of national, federal and regional projects, in particular the new national project “Youth and Children”, as a system-forming direction of the state strategy aimed at creating conditions for self-realization, professional and civic development of young citizens. It is noted that the combination of program-oriented and project-based approaches makes it possible to ensure the complexity, transparency and effectiveness of youth policy implementation, increase the level of coordination between departments and strengthen the socio-patriotic orientation of youth.

It is concluded that national projects are becoming an instrument of state policy focused on the development of human capital and sustainable socio-economic development of the country.
