Current issues in the methodology of forming an environmental recycling management system for organizations

Abstract
Based on the analysis and generalization of modern scientific concepts of managing the sustainable development of socio-ecological systems «recycling – recycling of waste», the article reveals the socio-economic essence of environmental recycling management of organizations, its goals, objectives and features of its formation and application, and proposes conceptual provisions for the development methodology models of organization and management of waste processing and disposal; the features of their development according to two main options are revealed – internal and outsourcing.
