The concept of organization and management of the Russian economy based on the formation of a new model of the monetary and price system

The original author’s concept of the organization and management of the Russian economy at the micro, meso, macro, and mega levels based on the formation of a new model of the monetary and price system is presented. This model provides for the creation of a single state monetary, financial and price center that provides: a) money issuance; b) budgetary monetary mediation of real reproduction; c) regulation of prices, taxes, social payments, exchange rate; d) functioning of public and private credit organizations; e) a unified system of monetary settlements.
