Abstract

Changing labor market conditions radically change approaches to personnel management and require the introduction of innovative technologies into the human resource management system. The search for new approaches to managing personnel development today is a necessary condition for the successful functioning of any organization. This article discusses the importance of introducing innovation into the process of human resource management, and also provides trends in the development of human resource management.
