Abstract

The need to adapt the national economy to numerous sanctions from unfriendly countries contributed to the intensification of innovative activities of Russian industrial enterprises performing import substitution tasks. In these conditions, the importance of an objective assessment of innovative projects increases, ensuring accelerated economic growth. At the same time, the existing methodological framework for evaluating innovations does not fully take into account the emerging new factors of the external environment in which Russian industrial enterprises operating under sanctions pressure from Western countries operate and implement their innovative projects.
In this regard, the authors of this article gave a description of these factors and proved that their significant impact on the implementation of innovative projects by Russian enterprises requires reflection in the methodological basis of their assessment and needs further development by Russian scientists.
