Decarbonization in Russia: challenges and prospects for the economy and the environment

Abstract
At the present stage, issues of compliance with climate security for any single country play a crucial role in determining the strategy of state development and creating conditions for the main spheres of society. Thus, the impact of the environmental component on the life of citizens and the state is on the agenda of solving strategic problems. In this article, the challenges and prospects for the development of state policy on decarbonization in Russia will be considered.
