Practical directions for implementing the strategy of structural transformations of industrial complexes in achieving technological leadership

The article substantiates the architecture of practical implementation of the strategy of structural transformations of industrial complexes. The presented concept allows synchronizing the efforts of all participants in the process of structural transformation of industrial complexes: from federal authorities to individual enterprises, creating a single space for coordination around priority areas of development. The author’s concept ensures transparency of resource distribution, measurability of results and the ability to promptly adjust the strategy in response to new challenges, which is critically important in achieving technological sovereignty in the context of the formation of a new technological order and intensification of global competition.
