Methodological tools for assessing the level of economic security of construction business entities in the context of modern trends in the development of the housing sector

The article shows the role of the construction sector in the Russian economy. The factors influencing the state of economic security of companies in modern business conditions are systematized. A comparative analysis of tools that can be applied to comprehensively characterize the economic safety of construction entities specializing in housing construction has been carried out. Indicative indicators are proposed that characterize the specifics of the state of the economic security system in this field of activity and enable an objective assessment of overt and hidden threats.
