Abstract

The article discusses a comprehensive innovative model of practice-oriented training for youth in the tools of territorial marketing, geobranding, and applied storytelling. The authors carrie out a detailed theoretical and empirical analysis of the experience of implementing the educational course “Legend Constructor” and the nationwide project “This is my land”, which are based on the synergy of digital media technologies, local history, and the pedagogy of cocreation. Particular attention is paid to the interdisciplinary nature of training specialists, a multicomponent motivation funnel for authors, the integration of the federal pedagogical principle “Learning through Service”, as well as a deep analysis of statistical data on the effectiveness of involving students in the promotion of local brands. Based on verified media monitoring data, the author substantiates the thesis that the design of local myths and legends by students acts as a strategic driver for the development of domestic tourism, reduces the outflow of human capital from regions, and is a key element in the formation of civic identity.
