Business process modeling as a factor in improving the efficiency of an organization

The success of a modern company is largely determined by its ability to quickly adapt to changing environmental conditions. The traditional approach to management is increasingly being replaced by a process approach. This article analyzes the management of an organization’s activities based on business processes. A comparative analysis of functional and process approaches is carried out. The article also discusses methods to improve the efficiency of the organization. The key among them, in the author’s opinion, is the modeling of business processes.
