Development of the marketing product matrix of the basic department in production (using the example of high-tech and high-tech manufacturing company)

Abstract

The article proposes a methodology (a holistic and systematic algorithm) for creating a basic department in an industrial enterprise. In particular, the structure and example of filling the marketing product matrix of the department are proposed. In modern economic conditions, medium and large enterprises face an acute shortage of qualified and highly qualified specialists. Solving this pressing personnel problem requires the active participation of the business itself in employee training. One of the most effective tools is the creation and development, as a process of expanding the strategic assets of Russian industry, of basic departments at manufacturing enterprises.
