Abstract

Relevance. Due to the uniqueness of technological stands in the conditions of continuous technological development, designers and users – manufacturers are faced with the problem of choosing priority characteristics of technological stands taking into account the requirements put forward to this specific equipment, among which the main place is given to the efficiency parameter. The purpose of this article is to develop criteria and methods for assessing the efficiency of technological stands in the conditions of technological development, taking into account the need to eliminate the limitations of the multi-criteria evaluation approach. The methodology of this study is based on the mathematical apparatus of the theory of management decision-making. In particular, in this article the author relied on the methodology of the multi-criteria evaluation approach based on the technique of pairwise comparison and analysis of hierarchies of efficiency parameters. Results. The methodology for assessing the efficiency of technological stands in the conditions of technological development has been improved using the method of hierarchy analysis, the   meaning of which lies in the decomposition of the problem into its constituent parts, as well as in the processing of the obtained results by the methods of mathematical statistics. Conclusions. The implementation of this method involves ranking the performance indicators obtained by processing subjective expert assessments. In order to reduce the possible subjectivity error for processing expert information, it is proposed to use the Kemeny median method. Practical implementation of the proposed improved methodology for assessing potential efficiency based on the use of the hierarchy analysis method in the information system for making decisions regarding the technical equipment of technological stands will ensure the required efficiency in performing production tasks

Abstract

The Russian segment of the banking investment business is currently in its infancy, but the current military-political situation in the world, as well as the sanctions pressure on the Russian banking sector from Western countries, determine the specifics and prospects for the development of this segment of the Russian banking business, in particular, they actualize issues related to the methodological support of banking analytical activities in the securities market. The purpose of this article is to determine the methodological foundations of banking analytics associated with determining the cost of securities. The research methodology includes a general theoretical analysis of the activities of investment banks using an integrated approach built on the basis of generalization and structuring of information from different sources, and a systems approach to study the object as a holistic complex of interrelated elements; and the article also uses the regression analysis method, which made it possible to compare different approaches to studying the price situation in the securities market. As a result, it was established that the assessment of the prospects for the development of the securities market is carried out on the basis of a number of indicators that allow us to determine the state of the stock market in the future. The main thing in this process is the correct definition and structuring of directions, the choice of indicators. In some cases, it is advisable to use a set of indicators that allow us to study the price situation on the stock market. It was concluded that the methods of technical analysis as applied to the market of securities of Russian issuers provide an average accuracy of the obtained estimates; methods of fundamental analysis provide a more subtle assessment; the most accurate results are shown by a combination of fundamental analysis approaches with the principles of technical analysis, although in this case the results require additional verification and clarification.

Abstract

Due to the increased geopolitical tension and sanctions pressure on the Russian Federation from Western countries in recent years, Russia has begun the transition to a North – South logistics model instead of West – East. Within the framework of this model, the seaports of the Astrakhan region have a very favorable transit position from a geographical point of view, which allows increasing the transit potential of the Russian Federation by integrating into the international transport corridor «North – South», as well as increasing the export of transport services both in terms of volumes and range of goods. In this regard, the study substantiates the prospects, directions and problems of developing the logistics activities of the seaports of the Astrakhan region as important structural elements of the international transport corridor «North – South». An analysis of the routes of this transport corridor showed that the Trans-Caspian route has the greatest efficiency – the shortest delivery times for goods in the eastern direction. The main obstacles and restrictions for the development of this route and the directions of priority projects for its development have been identified.
