Abstract
The article is devoted to the formation of a new direction in the Russian space industry. In the context of growing global competition in this industry, as well as the desire to maintain our country’s leading positions in this area, the state is forced to carry out significant financial and material costs for the implementation of space programs. In modern conditions, the issue of increasing the efficiency of the ISS is quite acute, and since 2027 the new Russian orbital station has been GROWING. One of the directions is the implementation of commercial targeted work (CRT) on manned space complexes (PKCS). Its development is carried out by commercializing the results of the above-mentioned works, which becomes a critically important task. The authors describe the process of gaining experience in this field, accumulated during the previous period of space exploration, including the 16-year period of operation of the Mir orbital station, and then more than 20 years of activity of the ISS. Research related to improving the efficiency of the planning and implementation of the KCR program at the PKK, as well as the commercialization of their results (Systems), are relevant, as they contribute to improving the overall performance and competitiveness of the Russian space industry, ensuring its sustainable growth, exit from the subsidy zone, as well as strengthening its authority in the global market.
