Staff Satisfaction Management, as a keyfactor influencing on the competitiveness of the company.

Abstract

Managing employee satisfaction is a complex but necessary process that requires attention and resources from management. Effective satisfaction management can lead to significant improvements in the organization’s performance, increase its competitiveness and create a positive work atmosphere. This study examines key aspects of managing employee satisfaction at an enterprise. The theoretical foundations of employee satisfaction are studied, modern methods and tools for assessing and improving employee satisfaction are analyzed, and the impact of satisfaction on the efficiency of an enterprise is analyzed. Based on the results of the study, recommendations have been developed to improve the management of satisfactory personnel
