Abstract
This article examines the content of interorganizational relationships as a socio-economic category, identifies the principles of systematization of interorganizational relationships to implement the management of relationships arising within the system and achieve the goals set. In particular, the life cycle of interorganizational relationships is defined, which includes five stages and allows them to be managed. The main changes in interorganizational relations affecting the expansion of communication channels, joint data storage, automation of processes, activation of innovation, improvement of customer service quality, increased adaptability, the emergence of new risks and threats related to cybersecurity, rationalization of the use of the resource base, which have recently occurred in connection with digitalization, are considered. And it is suggested that a significant socio-economic impact on the country’s economy will be achieved due to the multiplicative effect of interorganizational relations resulting from the digital integration of business participants.
