Abstract

Modern technologies provide many tools that simplify the learning process. The development of the Internet and the digitalization of communications have created the prerequisites for changing teaching methods in universities.

As digital transformation continues to influence the evolution of marketing education, the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within higher education stands out as both a transformative force and a critical area for scholarly exploration. From rapidly automating data analysis and providing predictive insights to creating personalized content, the use of AI while still in the classroom can help prepare students for the complexities of the modern marketing landscape.

The article discusses the issues of new approaches in the training of marketers and provides data from the authors' own research on the attitude of students to the ongoing changes in the educational environment.
